Henry Blake’s Seafood Spice Blend is the perfect blend for any type of fish or seafood, containing lots of herb and a little bit of heat.
Just add 1 tablespoon per 1 LB meat or 1 cup of rice.
To create a marinade combine the seasoning with lemon juice, salt (Optional) and olive oil and allow the fish or seafood to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Ingredients: Celery seed, Mustard, Cayenne Pepper, Allspice, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Paprika, Clove, Mace, Onion Power, Cardamom, Cumin, Dill Seed, Garlic, and Ginger.
