Jamaican Curry

Henry Blake’s Jamaican Curry is a blend of premium spices blended together in precise proportions to make any recipe that asks for curry seasoning a delightful dish. Our curry powder seasoning is rich in flavor, sweet with a hint of heat, yet not rescinding the balanced fragrance a perfect curry should have. Add 1 Tablespoon per 1 lb. of meat.

Ingredients:  Turmeric, Coriander, Cayenne Pepper, Fenugreek, Cumin Anise, Mustard, Clove Ginger, Nutmeg Allspice.
